I became Eagle at 16. My project was organizing a food and clothing drive for the poor.

Eagle scout here, earned bronze, gold, and silver palm. My project was building 4 benches for the local botanical gardens pavilion that overlooks a large pond. It's been almost 20 years (was 14) since I earned Eagle, so I don't remember the man hours, but nowhere near some of y'alls projects.
