Earthworms for stingrays

Is it safe for me to feed earthworms from my garden to my ray. Is there any procedures that i have to do to clean them or should they be alright after a quick rinse under the tap.

We dont use any pesticides in the garden either.

As long as there is no pesticides or fertilizers used in your garden or runoff from yours or your nieghbors lawns.

You could always Q them in a pot of soil if you like and GUTLOAD them with juicy nutrious food
