Is it possible that some earth worms i fed my fish burried under the sand and made babies?
cuz the other day i did a water change and noticed some reeeeeeaaaaallly tiny worms spazing out in the water... they werent planaria though... they were like earthworm colored...

anybody have a clue?

Earthworms will not live submerged in water, they need air to respire. Must have been something else (although if not planaria, I don't know what)...

Burt:)

i dont know... ive read earthworms can live under water because they can absorb air through their skin

ive found earthworms in my gravel fully alive 3 weeks after putting them in the tank.
same here i even blamed my wife for over feeding and she swore it wasnt her or the kids. that was the luckiest worm ever. he lived another week until i cut him up and fed him to the "boys"

While earthworms do respire through their skin, they cannot live submerged under water. Why do you think they come crawling out of the ground when it rains?

I to have had earthworms live a great length of time under the water, others die in like 30 seconds.
