Hi. Does anyone on here have experience or know anything about feeding worms to your fish?

yup do it all the time.
Quick search here for worms will bring up a few tricks to doing it and keeping your tank clean.

Worms are great.. caution if picking them from your yard... be certain they have not been in contact with fertilizer or pesticides. Local baitshop is the best bet.

Fed them all the time to my stingrays. No problems at all.
