I just got back into the fish keeping hobby after quite a few years off. It all started with a 10gal tank for my son, he lost interest, I didn't. I've since then got three more and looking into a fourth. No monster fish, yet. But that day is around the corner at this rate. I currently keep some mbuna, catfish, killifish, crayfish.
I am into sport fishing which has really made me interested in starting a native tank (n. american fish). Which will one day be my monster tank.
