Gday everybody.I have breed Monos in the past and now it looks that my Kelberis are getting ready to breed.
I am looking to get another trio to breed and i am between Orinos or Azul .Tank will be about 250x60x60 cm.
Any ideas? What is easier to breed?

i would say orinos are harder to breed solely based on the fact that i hardly see, if fact have never seen anyone post that they have done it. on the other hand my azuls have breed 4 times and i had nothing to do with it.

Azuls were like 11inches, yeap i do suppose orinos are pretty hard to get in some parts.

Tank is to small for orino.
Kelberi or piq be better choise.

Thanks everybody for the replies and the help.will make more search about Orinos.
In the past i ve breed Monos in a 160 gallons tank.Saying that i think 160 gallons tank
is the smallest size that you can keep a trio of monos. When time was to start breed i
had to move the second female to another tank.

160g is the smallest you can keep a trio of monos? The volume of the tank isn't nearly as important as the dimensions. They can be kept in a 4x2x2 120g. As long as you've got it set up well, it will be fine.

I think Scott bred his orinos in a 150 5x2x2 or smaller.
