Hey, id like to know what feeder is the easiest to raise and breed. this is to feed a crappie so i don't think crayfish will work. so far ive heard fatheads, mosquitofish, and golden shiner. I would also like to know what setup to keep these feeders in.

They breed super easy, are a very hardy fish, and are cheap to get started. It may not be the norm. But its probably the easiest.

They arnt born large, trust me crayfish is a natural prey for a crappie. He could probably take ou an adult sized one. And I'm no expert on them, but I think the females produce fertile eggs that are the exact same DNA as herself, attaches them to her tail, Carries them for a bit and then shakes em all off. I've seen a few people selling them on the marketplace.
