easiest way to kill power for 30 mins

Like the title says, whats the easiest way to kill power on my filters for 30 minutes?

I alternate between flakes / pellets / frozen, but for the flakes I need to turn off the filters so they don't get sucked up. Aside from a mechanical timer (that you'd need to set every time), is there something I can buy where I just push a button and it kills power to an outlet for 30 minutes (or whatever set time)?

Surge protector power strip just remember to turn it back on.

If you feed at the same time every day then a digital timer will work.

This is all a lot of trouble for flakes. A prefilter or lowering your intake sounds like a better long term solution

Welcome to the future! You can get a remote controlled outlet and plug your filters into it and turn it off and on easily by pushing a button (on a remote)..
