Hook up pipes in and out of the tank when doing a water turn the out pipe to open and the water drains out then turn it off then turn the in pipe and let the water fill.

Connect a hose to your kitchen sink, put other end in tank, turn on tap and listen for all the air bubbles to escape, disconnect from tap and voila water is syphoning out of your tank, to fill just connect an turn it on adding dechlour to suit

How do you guys handle the overflows? Does the water level affect the pump and the amount of water that goes in/out the wet/dry sump? Do you guys just crank the valves to the wet/dry filter and the pump off when you do your WCs? Do you just leave everything keep running?

I usually unplug my pump and siphon eventually u will run dry or low if u leave it on so I just turn the pump off
