Easy and nice fish to breed?

Hey guys!
I wanted to know if any of u have bred any nice,beautiful,easy,fun fish to breed?!
Not saying I wanna breed guppies again but any other fish?ive heard rams are easy...and how to breed them
tank dimensions,food,furniture and all of those!

Convict cichlids are fun . I had 3 them in a 75 with a large 14 inch Brycon a Pictus cat and a 14 inch lapradei. When they bred it was cool they're great parents not too much aggression my tank is over 50 inches long so lots of room to run. Just add water and they'll breed lol

Fire mouths are easy. But you have to have them in a tank by themselves when they start breeding.

Jack Dempsey are relatively easy to breed. Need a 75 preferably and some rock work but other than that pretty simple

Acei's and labs are super easy to breed. They hold the eggs for 14-21 days easy to tell when they are holding. Spit fry, or you can strip them. Doesn't require a large tank one male with three females in a 55g, and they are ready to breed early. Lots and lots of fry.
