Easy fish to breed?

I want to start my own fish store and I need to know which fish are easiest to breed I like cichlids and predators so plz give me ideas below :)
 
Convicts are the easiest hands down

African cichlids breed like rabbits, are very hardy and sell well. Personally i would keep the bloodlines pure, too many hybrids.

It can be done in a 20 long but I'd try to get at least a 30 or 40 gallon. I have some small convicts I'm trying to pair in a 20 long but they will soon be moved to my 35 gallon.
