As long as you replace that incandescent with a daylight(~6500K) compact fluorescent the ferns and moss will be fine. They will require pretty much nothing in terms of fertilization. Just remember that java fern should be attached to decorations(super glue works great) or only the roots buried. If you bury the rhizome it will die.
