I think you mean eat A Korean. Since K is a consonant you need to use "A" instead of "an". "An" is used when the word following it begins with a vowel.

I used to eat tako poke all the time in Hawaii. (Raw octopus chunks with seaweed.) Good flavor, a bit chewy.

The secret is a quick bite between the eyes, then you can take your time. Afterall, why just suck em down, you miss all the flavor that way (I love octopus).

a quick bite between the eyes is what we did while spearfishing..they died quickly that way. that and then turn their head inside out.
