Eating Tails

Will a dojo loach eat other fishes tails? I have a roseline shark with nothing but a nub left. I've had to put him in a fry basket so he can heal.

He's a good size fish. About 3". Here's a pic of his buddy.

Dojo don't really have that capacity, what are the other tankmates

Rainbow shark, clown loach, bettas (sorority), honey gourami, Bolivian ram, 2 guppies and a balloon molly.

Likely either redtail shark or Rams

My first thought was the rainbow shark so I put him in my quarantine tank.

Then yeah likely rainbow shark, as they can be jerks sometimes

Agreed I’ve seen some really nasty rainbow sharks, I’d rehome the fish he’s definitely the cause of the issues.

He's in the quarantine tank right now. I think I'll donate it back to the pet store.
