My fat, happy, and healthy EB's that I've had since all three were roughly an inch. They've done quite well being in an odd community tank with a school of Serpae tetras, a rainbow shark, a long fin albino pleco, and two African rope fish.

Also the odd white spots are bubbles being blown across the glass.

Lookin good, thanks for sharing.
I have literally tanks full of these.
One of my favorite to keep.
Non aggressive, can be kept with anything that won’t bother them and easy to spawn.
A fun fish.

they really are pretty awesome, especially for the color you get and how easy and peaceful they are. They only ever occasionally chase each other around the tank.

They are so cute and beautiful!

Was considering a couple or few to put with my angels. My tank is 120g. But ppl told me they are aggressive with angels. I can't really see that, but does anyone have an opinion on the mix?

I've never heard that, i mean honestly I think the angels would be more prone to being aggressive over EB's. I keep mine with a Rainbow shark which are known for being bullies but my EB's and him get along great and literally dont even pay each other any attention. you shouldn't have any issues.

maybe there could be an issue, but id think if you had a big enough tank, you could probably get by

I got a EBA with my angels and he’s the boss of the tank, even when the angels spawned, the acara still chases the angels from his spot.
You know what? I had a male EB ram and he would scoot a big angel away from his spot! I don't consider that too bad of aggression. If they bite or injure an angel that's another story, I don't want that. But lol my EBR used to bite my fingers when I got too close to his spot in the fern. He was a fiesty little boi!

You are absolutely correct Tanker, I think it will depend on the structure scape of the tank. I'll try it, depending on what's available. I was looking at EB acara, nannacara or laetacara curviceps. I like the EB acaras bc they are bigger for my larger tank. I could barely see my GBRs from the tetras!

My acara isn’t aggressive, haven’t had any problems, but when you steal the acara spot, your getting a mad acara lol.

Its funny because I have a pretty well stocked community tank with one Bolivian ram, and that dude does the same thing, he'll push other fish out of his area, but thats the extent of his aggression lol
