if they have real good rating on ebay, and a good ammount of them, i personally would feel safe ordering.

ebays feedback hasent steered me wrong yet, with many purchases both aquatics and not. if they were a bad seller, people would have left bad feedback already.
 
They're probably fine to work with, but I frown upon people who make up creative names to make they're discus sound better. Like their "prism green" look like a cobalt to me. Just my opinion.
