Hey guys, I'm having serious issues with this guy. I isolated him in a hospital tank on 3 separate occasions with an aerator sponge filter and no carbon obviously. Ive gone through Metroplex, prazi, and clout (all the best stuff according to my LFS here in NY) He hasn't been eating at all so I'm thinking this parasite attacked his throat? He kind of sits in the corner and wants nothing to do with anyone. Is it time for euthanasia? I feel as though there's nothing left to do and it's sad to see him suffer. His color has changed drastically . I could really use help from my trusted pro's on here :)

Yes I've done that even before the hospital tank. Actually have great news, I put him back in the main tank earlier yesterday in hopes that returning to his normal settings might help, and this morning he was swimming around and actually went for food for the first time in almost a month! Im very excited for him

i have had terrible luck with these guys. I almost had decent success with prazi and keeping them away from any other fish

Are they extremely prone to diseases and parasites, since they are a rare strain of reg JD's? That kind of worries me cause I have him with 2 Oscars and 2 parrots. I feed no live food, only frozen, and freeze dried blood worms/plankton(which the JD doesn't even eat) and NLS pellets
