EBJD and Blue Acara

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
a few comments:

1) your GF has two very pretty fish there

2) I think the Acara is a female, which -- if true -- is a good thing, because otherwise there might be conflict with the EBJD (assuming it is male, which most tend to be)

3) a 20G is not going to be big enough long-term; these two fish will need to upgrade to a 55G or 75G at some point

you may have already thought about all those things, but I thought I'd mention it just in case . . . the fish do look good, tho' :)

thanks for the coments, but im houseing my fish in a 75 till i find a 125 then her fish are going in the 75.

tell ur GF noce fish but i dont like the rocks :D

Cute. Watch for any bullying. Ebjd can be weak and if it's being picked on could cause stress. That little guys does not look stressed they tend to go pale when stressed yours is dark. They look good. Yes the Blue acara is a female.

That's great that you both are into fish keeping. That makes it easy when you want a larger or more tanks. For me to get a larger tank it's like pulling teeth.
