I've got a 6" male EBJD that had HITH(at least that's what I think it is) when I bought him about 5 months ago. The holes have gotten smaller and are not infected or anything. Will they ever go away completely? They are small holes on his head and gill plates. He doesn't scratch or act oddly at all. He's even spawned with one of my BGJD females. He eats very well and is otherwise very healthy. Is this just a cosmetic thing at this point or should I still be worried? He lives in a 75 gallon tank with his 4" female, another EBJD, a pair of geo steindachneri, and a wide mouth pleco. The tank is filtered by an ac 110 and a fluval 405. Temp is kept at 80* and water changes are 50%-90% weekly. I can try to get some pictures of his holes later tonight if you guys are interested.
