I would either add salt, or Melafix. Either route you go, I would suggest adding more aeration, as both treatments decrease oxygen levels. Don't push the eye back in!!! Good luck with treatment.

Please post water perameters ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, Ph, hardness if available and temperature. These numbers are need to recommend the correct medacation. Most eye infections are gram positive so a good first step is gravel vacuming and a 50% water change. Ideally the water change should be done after you test the water but if you can't test do the water change and dose the tank with salt at 1 table spoon per 5 gallons. Use Methylene Blue in a bath dosed at 1 teaspoon per 5 gallons of tank water (exact dosing isn't critacal so just get close) with 1 tablespoon of salt per 5 gallons. Bath the fish for 30 mins and then return to the main tank, a 5 gallon bucket is perfect for this. That will help, then based on water test results I can give further treatment options.

Cheers guys don't have a test kit at the moment it looks more like its been nocked out. I done a water change 3 days ago so paras should be sweet no other fish show signs of injury to eye or anywhere else i will try the salt bucket

You need the Methylene Blue too. Is the eye still in the fishes head? It looks like it's infected not an injury from the photos.

Ye its still in the socket just gave him a salt soak an moved him Into a community tank to recoup poss got into a skirmish with a larger cichlid in the other tank

Keep a close eye on him (no pun intended).
