I bought a EBJD and a green terror yesterday.

yesterday EBJD was hiding but this morning he's come out and have noticed that one of his eyes are significantly higher than the other and looks really glassy looking?

Is this something to be concerned about, will it go and due to stress etc or is it a defect that could cause issues later on?

Thanks

sounds like pop-eye...any pics? test your water parameters and post here, and watch out for fighting with the GT imo

I've tried by is difficult to get at the right angle,

Params are good and nitrate below 20, as I said only just bought so was like this on purchase.

Is that a condition that goes away or end in death? Thanks

From what I understand, pop-eye isn't a disease in itself, but can be a symptom of a bigger underlying problem. Go see Dr Google, and look for diseases/infections that have pop-eye as a symptom and try working out what other symptoms (if any) that the fish has.

As far as treating it goes, I don't know what to do. But if I were you I'd do large (50-60%) water changes twice a week until you know what's actually wrong with your fish, a lot of fish tank diseases will "fix" themselves with clean water and good care.

Good luck. :)

Seems unlikely that those two will live together long term unless your EBJD is significantly tougher then most are. They can be frail and easily picked on by other fish.
