Ebjd sick?

Hello, I have recently bought a Ebjd about 1.25 inches, he/she has been eating well. My water is ph around 7.5, 0 Amo. 0 Nitrites, 20 Nitrates, 76 degrees. anyway he looks bent sometimes and spins around in cirlcles nose down really fast. anything i can do for him? internal parasites? any ideas?

I have had him for a week, he was with another ebjd i just seperated them.

he also went head first and got stuck in sand, only the bottom of his tail was sticking out, i was thinking swim bladder?
