so i just started my first job at a LFS and they have some EBJD but only one has pectoral fins all the others have lil stump fins not bitten off but literally undeveloped pectorals. they eat good and they act normal but i was wondering are they evert gonna develop pectoral fins they are about a inch long. no fighting in the tank to also add so why do they have no pectorals
