I have a 75 gallon tank with 3 Burmese Loaches and a gold nugget pleco in it. I will be moving my 3 inch EBJD over whenever I decide what to add. My lfs have a bunch of 1in red bellys and I was wondering if it is possible to add 3-5 of them. The other fish I have been interested in at my lfs would be 1 4-5 inch Ornate Bichir instead. I would also consider another cichlid with my Ebjd but the bichir or piranhas would be my first choice. Let me know what you think, Thanks

hahahahah---if you want to feed ebjd fillets to the piranhas then go for it....do not put anything in with piranhas that you want to keep.

The bichirs are nice and eating well at my lfs. Will one outgrow my tank?

The bichir will eventually need bigger, but you can probably house it in that tank for a while

initially the piranhas would probably do fine with the EBJD while they are small but when they get bigger it would become a problem. piranhas are super territorial...get the bichir
