No, just hopefully optimistic .

I've seen this before...

I don't know where to start... This whole thing was written with a thesaurus, very voluble, with a touch of DoubleSpeak ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doublespeak ).

If they actually worked, LFS's would be using them.

I could categorically refine their musings, but to what avail?

As far as I can tell their using magnets to purify the water.

Personal opinion, $5.00 worth of silver dimes suspended in your sump will do more for the elimination of algae and bacteria.
