Yeah , I have one. Not so sure if it does anything really , maybe. I dont change water very often and my fish are healthy. I have alot of plants too tho. I cant say I noticed any major change after installing it. Makes a nice hose extension tho

It would be a waste of money. Just use the money for a larger tank or more fish.
