Eel identification.

I bought him or her at 3 inches as a fire eel, but as its getting bigger it looks like a tire track eel to me. Any help would be great. The eel is 6.5 inches long now and no red on him anywhere. These are the best pics i can get unless i take him out of the tank. Thanks

Thanks not what I wanted to hear but, the eels doing good and eats out if my hand so no fire eel for me lol.
