Eels

I have a 55 gallon tank been set up for about 2 years has about 40 pounds of live rock, and a couple fish that i know will get better than the tank but they are all still small, i was wondering if there are any eels i could keep in it for life and if not could live in it for a while,

A snowflake eel would probably be good in there for a while

yea i do like the way they look, i think id get rid of the fish so it be just its tank

Many would do fine for a while in the 55. Only a gold dwarf could live its life in there.

i wish someone would make a sticky saying different types of eels and the size they need. i would upgrade just wanna see i could get away with for the time.

i still agree with thecanuk snow flake with out a doubt and the snowflake mite not try to eat your fish.

Came literally face to face with a dragon moray diving in hawaii. He was about 4", and full of life...maybe I can go back and find him.
