Effective algae eating pleco?

My friend had a 6" common that has quit eating algae. i have a 6" albino gibb thats a lawnmower. i have a little 3" albino gibb that she's comming to get today. commons, gibbs and clown plecos are all i have experience with. whats a good pleco with a big appitite for a 150 Sa/Ca cichlid tank?

What fish? Personally, I like bristlenosed plecos...I have them in my 55 CA. They hold their own against my breeding pair of Dempseys, and some of the best algae eaters I know.

Rino is a good choice, big royals are expensive, BN's are perfect but a little small? Embrace the algae, it looks cool and natural IMO!!
