Effective Canister Filter for Piranha Tank

hey all, I'm looking for a canister filter to supplement my aquaclear powerfilters. I'm currently at about 7 times the tank turnover rate, at 650gph. I really do want a stronger filter, but I'm not an expert on canisters and how they will affect my tank/ piranha. I'd prefer a canister filter than is "relatively" quiet, being that it is in my bedroom. Any advise or personal filter recommendations would be great. thanks

Fluval FX5 Is a great filter for you. And it is also dead quiet. I have one real close to my pillow and i can barely hear it hum. You wont be disappointed.

might be to small but i have a cfs 500 in my 55 and i dont need a powerhead. it pumps pretty hard
