OK definetly NOT the Binox then.
Maybe from a possible bacteria infection?
Maybe stress related from not being seperated from the other rays?
Maybe not enough food (above reason contributing)?
Maybe crappy water conditions?
Maybe reasons beyond my control?
Did I miss any other possible causes?
Really don't want this happening again IF it is something I can control. IF it's something I can't, oh well, what can you do but roll with it?
And I can't say 100% FOR SURE that it wasn't her first litter, but when I got her she appeared to have a saddle, looked all deflated like she had given birth recently. The guy I got her from thought the same. She's a big girl and didn't make her way into captivity till about 15 inches across.
It looked like the other male may have gotten her allready. Both have a few new bite marks.
Just kinda sucks cause you never really prepare yourself for this kinda outcome. With it being my first litter this is the last thing I expected...... Bummer......
