Hello, I have a dwarf honey gourami female that over the last week has got rather fat, I didn't realise she was a female as I bought the two of them as males, but recently been looking online and found how to sex them.. Anyway, over the last week she has got very large but not 100% she is egg laiden. I have attached photo's of her, if someone could let me know if she is or isn't egg laiden?
Also if she is egg laiden and we don't put a bubble nest in what will happen to those eggs, will she just lay them anyway but they will never be fertilized?
Thank you to anyone who could help me with this one, its a lovely fish and don't want to lose it to parasites if I can help it.
