Egg tube or spike?

I have a red dragon flowerhorn that is swimming around with what looks like some sort of breeding tube and I'm not sure if it's an egg tube or a spike... Any help on this is appreciated.

Its a female so its a breeding tube....

Thanks for answering... How do u know it's a female.. It's hard for me to understand how to sex them

So on the top fins aka dorsal fin it had black dorsal spots which is 90 percent indicative of a female and the fact I can see the breeding tube swelling is she is about to lay eggs or will consume them. If no male she probably wont lay them.

Females... Females are crazy with each other in my experience
