Egg Yoke. Food for thought

I've raised angels in the past. Always hatched the brine shrimp and feed baby brine. That's what led me to stop. All the mess of the brine shrimp. So I decided to try something a little different. Eggs yoke. Lol yep I chuckled to at first. But I figured it was worth a try. So, at the current time I have a tank of 2 month old angel fry that have been 100% raised off my egg yoke concoction. All is living and doing well. Want be long and I'm gonna start introducing ground up flakes. Has anyone else tried using egg yoke?

Ya for juvies its a food option along with brine and dephania. Hard boil and pish it though stainer.

Yes. I have become a real huge fan of this. I take frozen brine shrimp and shave the cube with a knife till its gone. Then boil an egg and remove the yoke. Then push threw a fine strainer and mix with a little water. Usually keeps for about three days. The bonus is that I get to eat the rest of the egg. Minus the nine shrimp of course lol

My boss a very successful angel breeder at my lfs I work at swares by is its all he feeds until they can eat blood worms and other things I've personally never done it but he gets great results
