Hey all, woke up the other day and noticed there were a lot of eggs on one of the rocks in the tank. The FH, which we all thought was male, was definitely not. Shes guarding these things with her life. What do I do next? I'm a little concerned because the only other fish in the tank with her are two Oscars and a pleco. I have my male in another tank. First time for me on this, so I am confused. And should I put the male and female in a tank together in the future. Any help is appreciated. The 2nd picture is the male I have in another tank. Can anyone tell me if he is male? Thanks

Yeah! those eggs aren't fertilised.Make sure to feed them live foods frequently so you get better spawn.:chillpill:

I would say female due to the marking on the dorsel fin. Would have to have a better pic of tube to be sure.
