I have had my convicts and my jewel cichlids breed. The only problem is the eggs are only there for a short period of time before they disappear. Are they being eaten by the parents or by my plecos. i have BN plecos and a common.

well i know someone is i was just wondering if either fish is know to eat their eggs for some reason?
I could be any of them. A likely scenario is that the plecos are trying to get to the eggs at night, so the parents are eating them.
