eggs good or bad?

how can i tell if the eggs are fertilized? my flowerhorns laid eggs again and the last time well it didnt go so well.

If they turn white then they are not fertilized.

if they amber or lightly gold after 12 to 24 hours you good, bad will be snow white. always some that are not fertile or good. and do not worry if the clutch gets fuzzy before they become wigglers, this normal.

Thanks for the replies guys. Turns out none were fertilized so I guess either my male is sterile or just not mature yet. He's about 7" and the female is 4"

female will lay wither a male present or not, she needs to do something with them or take a chance of being egg bound. my jag layed twice with no male present before i found her a horny guy.
