I noticed three days ago that my flowerhorn seemed a little extra pudgy in the stomach. I didn't feed for two days and it didn't seem to go away. I did an epsom salt bath and she pooped during the bath. Not a lot but still did. When I did my water change on sunday there was considerably less of her nuggets laying around.

Should I do another bath? Should I add to the tank (Following proper procedure)?

I would suggest add to the tank for a week and hold feedings for that long. Then restart again with feedings. Make sure the diet is varied. Don't need to feed daily. This will help to avoid obstruction.

Is that a kitten in the background?

You have a female flowerhorn. A female will be filled with eggs from time to time even with no male. It will absorb them or lay eggs. I have tons and tons of flowerhorn and my females get like that. I actually had tons of fry maybe 2-3 inch and tons will lay eggs when I had them divided against a male.

I would just feed less and see what happens. Nothing alarming when I see that video.
