will a flowerhorn and a red terror lay eggs together? there are eggs there and im not sure exactly from who. there both hanging around them chaceing everything else off. when a male fertilizes them will the vent tube drop out or are they both female laying eggs together?

yes, they will . . . but you'll have better luck asking about it in the "Hybrid" section . . .
 
yeah there are a lot of fish that can interbreed, its also possible that they are both female and either one could be laying the eggs, how big are they i dont know how easy FH are to sex, but festae should be pretty easy once its about 5-6in
