ok i just looked and my cons have about 50 brown eggs on a rock and it appears shes eating some. what do i do!

Just leave them alone. If they are a healthy couple you will soon have more fry than you ever wanted.

No, they will breed over and over again until one ends up killing the other.

Well, my 30h has my con pair in it. They lay about 200-300 eggs per batch. i usually feed them to my africans or my pbass. There are about 6 1/2" cons in there right now. They don't even try to eat the fry which is very wierd but they have another batch about to hatch in a few days . So dang many.

she isn't eating the healthy eggs. I've found that convicts eat the dead or "wrong" eggs, you should see different colour eggs, the healthy ones are a creamy colour and the bad ones go dull. They know what they are doing so leave them to it... good luck cause once they start they never stop, you;ll be getting this about every 2-3 weeks now muahaha

the eggs appear to be all gone, and they were a brown color and i saw like a tail sticking out and moving around so i thought they were all good

New (fish) parents often screw up the first couple of batches in one way or another. It's no big deal. In a few months you'll be wishing she was still eating them...
