not sure if this goes here, but here goes. I purchased an eheim 2213 and the top of the canister is cracked. Is there any way to fix this? It's an ebay purchase and not sure on the return. The main concern is can it be fixed or is it just complete junk now?

I got a used Eheim pro filter a few weeks ago and the seal was warn out and leaked, So I went to my local pet shop and the guy happened to be a autrized eheim repair man, he had the part ordered and put it in for me.
I know most of there parts are available.
