Hi all im looking into redoing my filteration on my 150 gallon chicla tank now there is 7 bass in there currently anywhere from 6"-9" my questions are a: is the [h=1]Eheim Classic 2262 500G External Canister Filter w/ Double Taps any good and b: will it be two powerfull if I put 2 on it as that would be a 12x turnover rate any info would be grate thanks for the help[/h]

eheim filters are great. their gph numbers arent overstated and are tested with full media. id start with one and see. 2 definately wont hurt anything but thats some serious filtration and probably overkill. the 2262 is basically a 5g bucket with a strong yet silent motor on it. i couldnt recomend eheim filters enough. they were the last canister i bought and wouldnt consider anything else now.
