Eheim contact info?

Anyone know eheims contact info? I tried sending them an email to
support@eheim.com and got a response back saying it was invalid? I got that info from their website and its suppose to be their north american head quarters. I been trying to contact them in regards to problems we been having with an eheim jager heater. If anyone has an info on how to contact them please let me know. Thanks.

take it back to the shop you got it from

buying stuff online is much cheaper but with things like heaters and filters you need help fast so its best to pay the extra from a LFS then you can return it and get it sorted the same day

The prices at our LFS here are almost double what u would pay online. The last time i asked the owner of a LFS here what was their return policy just incase the item didnt work was "dont buy it if you think its not going to work". Besides that im pretty sure none of the LFS here except returns or even exchanges.
 
its called consumer rights a shop must exchange as long as its under warranty

you buy from a shop they stamp the warranty card so they must exchange thats the law well it is in the UK

That's some BS right there. I wouldn't be shopping at that place. Any merchant should exchange a defective product. Pay with a credit card, then file a dispute on the charge if they refuse to exhange it, let them fight it out with credit card company ;)
