eheim filter

have a 55 gallon tank with a frame made from pvc pipe inside tank and plexiglas sheet on top of it with holes drilled in it 1 inch off bottem of tank. would a eheim 2026 filter be able to hook up to this set up and keep tank clean. would have a pvc pipe with holes in it running down center of tank to pick up dirt and would have eheim hooked up to the pipe if able to

a 2026 would be fine for that size tank. They are great filters too. I like my 2026 way better than the Fluval 404s I have.

It sounds more like a plumbing problem than a filter question?! Maybe you can post a picture of your set-up if you need more precise input?
