Trying to find parts is going to be a problem Eheim has always had problems in the American market and switched distributors once or twice now just pulling out completely ..

That's too bad I personally like their heater's.

I also love their heaters, one of the few that didn't give up on me alongside a very old Chinese brand heater I got 2nd hand 10 years ago and heating the water to the exact point it is set on.

I heard that deal with cobalt isn’t confirmed yet Eheim must be hard to deal with .. if you look online a lot of stock is out and if you go to local lfs it’s just what they have now they cannot get anything .. my local lfs just tried charging me $49.99 for impeller for 2217
 
It’s a real shame, there were a few of their products I hadn’t gotten the chance to try yet.

Thats not a high price at all. I had an eheim 1262 pump break on me. Impeller and shaft was almost 900SEK wich is 94usd
