I am wondering if I can get an Eheim or Fluval canister filter to power source 110 v / 60 Hz. Also, the place where set the aquarium has many power surges and so, Which is most reliable external canister filter to running high performance? Thank you

Any filter for home use in the USA will work, if you can find some where who ships to your location. You should get a surge protector to protect the motor.
