Eheim Pro 3e 2078 LED Lights

My Eheim 2078 has recently developed an odd problem. On the top are the six green LED lights that indicate the flow setting. Occasionally, the two green LED lights toward the front flash off then back on. This is not the calibration sequence of lights that I have seen from time to time and that you see when first powering on the filter. It is fairly intermittent, but if I watch it for a few minutes, I see those lights flash.

The manual does not list this pattern in its list of error codes. The filter seems to be running fine and is only three months old. Anyone seen this behavior or have any ideas as to what it means?

i would ring the customer services and find out if no one has an idea.

Good idea. Is there a customer service number in the U.S. for Eheim? The manual only has a phone number in Germany. Do they have English-speaking customer support at the German number?

I have never seen that behavior before from any of the Pro 3es I run, or maintenance. Check with CS.
