I got a model 2028 (not the 2026) from a buddy for free! I was wondering,

1) Can the return go under the water level? Just the sound of it makes me have to Pee every 10 minutes!!!

2) Is that even recommended?

3) Does anyone know where I can get a replacement Owners Manual?
