Hi,
The Ehime 2080 can hold 600-liter aquarium alone?
Biologically, I know he can.
Mechanical, I don't know.
I want my water clear as Crystal.
What do you say?
Thanks.

What kind of fish are you going to put in there?

For a tank like 135 gallon, there are cheaper options than 2080 that will do the job. The 2080 is over priced anyway...for a little less, you can even get an eheim 2262 which is a much better filter(and definitely can do the job and equivalent to 2-3 fx5 below) But for a 135 gallon, the cheapest option might just be an fx5, and if you don't find it sufficient, add another one or a big hob.

Also if your fish choice includes a big pleco, no amount of filtration is going to save you from strings of poop as decoration.

I have a 2080 on my 75G and I find it to not be very good mechanically. If you can I would return the 2080 and pick up the 2262.

So why everyone say it's the best filter in the world?
Who has ever said that? And every manufacturer always overstates what they rate their filter for. It's pretty common unfortunately.

Since u already got it, just add hob of ur choice as a back up. Honestly I wouldnt put just one filter on a 135gal wether its 2080, 2262 or fx5, we spend enough money on our fish, mine as well add another one as a back up. Ac110 or emperor 400 would be my vote

I would agree on a second filter as a back up.I run 2 Fluval FX5s on my 120g.

just ad a big hob ... my vote for pure mech would be aqueon55/75 .... ac110 is better filter but twice the money ...so....you choose..
