Does anyone have experience with these fish?
Found them in an lfs, they were about $50 a piece.
Are they harder to keep than normal Rams?
Does anyone have experience breeding them?

How about crossing them with Long Fin Rams or Gold Rams?
Should be an interesting outcome.

That's a high price. They are usually only $20 a piece or so at an LFS. They've been around for a few years now so you can usually find them cheaper. I'm not sure how popular they are in your country, though, so maybe that's why the price is high.

They breed true and they're no harder than normal blue rams. You can cross them with other rams but none of the fry will be electric blue unless you cross two electric blues.

They are just called electric blue rams, btw.

They're relatively new here, very few have been imported so far. Price is high, but still fair. Normal rams go for $15+ around here, fish price is high in general.
Thanks for the info.
